What Awaits You?
5 Days of Rich Cultural Immersion
Day 1: Welcome & Blessing
Start your adventure with a warm welcome dinner prepared by a private chef. In the evening, you’ll participate in the retreat’s opening ceremony, where you’ll begin building your ofrenda—an altar dedicated to the spirits—accompanied by music, candles, and flowers.
Day 2: The Phoenix Path & Heart Opening
Begin your day with "The Phoenix Path: Reclaiming Your Nervous System" session, followed by heart-opening breathwork with Heather. Engage in sacred circles with storytelling and sharing, and end the day with a comforting dinner of local veggies, lasagna, and salad.
Day 3: Reconnecting with Adventure
Start with gentle breathwork, yoga, and meditation. Spend the day at the Mayapan archaeological site, learning about the significance of melipona bees, and enjoy a homemade lunch with Ana and her family in a traditional Mayan home. Dive into the serenity of a private cenote swim, accompanied by a soothing sound bowl meditation. Savor salbutes made by a local family, followed by a relaxed taco bar lunch. In the evening, enjoy an art journal activity before drifting off to sleep.
Day 4: Hanal Pixan & Celebration
Begin your day with yoga and meditation, then join in the vibrant Hanal Pixan festivities, including a social parade, altar displays, and colorful costumes. The evening ends with a group circle where you can share your experiences and set personal intentions.
Day 5: Reflection & Farewell
Wrap up your journey with a closing circle, reflecting on what you’ve learned, sharing your personal health plan, and setting intentions for the future. This heartfelt gathering is the perfect way to say goodbye.
